Evenly spaced 2 mm perforations help food bake evenly. The removable base makes it easier to release baked dishes and clean the tin. It is suitable for oven use and dishwasher cleaning.
Fitted non-stick baking paper is included and can be reused up to 200 times at temperatures from -170 °C to +260 °C. The tin can be used with or without baking paper.
