Choose countryThe De Buyer CHOC FORATA is a rectangular aluminium baking tray with a non-stick coating and bevelled edges. It is designed for baking cake bases, doughs and puff pastry.
The 3 mm perforations allow air to circulate for even baking, while the aluminium distributes and transfers heat evenly. The non-stick coating makes delicate baked goods easier to remove. The tray measures 40x30 cm and weighs 0.49 kg.
Use and care
Do not use for liquid or semi-liquid preparations. Do not heat the tray when empty, overheat it or expose it to thermal shocks. Do not use metal objects on the tray.
Wash by hand with a non-abrasive sponge. The tray is not dishwasher-safe.
