The steel construction distributes heat evenly to support uniform baking. The tin has a 24 cm outer diameter and an internal height of 2 cm, with an anthracite finish.
Use and care: suitable for oven baking up to 220 °C, but not for microwave use. Do not use metal utensils inside the tin. Hand wash with a non-abrasive sponge; the tin is not dishwasher-safe.
