Choose countryThe SUNSUN JY-03 is a compact surface skimmer for freshwater aquariums, designed to collect oily film, protein scum and other floating debris. It provides a flow rate of 300 l/h, while its floating head automatically follows water level changes of up to 4 cm.
Surface collection and adjustment
Designed for continuous surface debris collection, the skimmer lets you set the floating head’s working height using a knob on the housing to suit conditions in the aquarium.
- Adjustable aeration: an air valve controls the amount of air drawn in and increases surface water movement.
- Debris capture: the built-in sponge traps collected debris and can be removed for cleaning.
- Mounting: suction cups secure the unit to the aquarium glass.
Size and power
The 60 × 38 × 140 mm body takes up little space inside the tank. The unit is rated at 3 W and requires a 220–240 V / 50 Hz power supply. The cable is 1.5 m long.
