Choose countryThe SUNSUN HW-704A is an external filter for freshwater and saltwater aquariums up to 1 000 L. It delivers a flow rate of 2 000 L/h with 45 W power consumption, while its 300 × 300 × 490 mm body can be positioned under or beside the aquarium.
Four-stage filtration
The filter baskets allow you to select media to suit your aquarium. Mechanical filtration traps larger impurities and suspended particles, while biological media provide a surface for beneficial bacteria to grow. Filter media are not included.
Setup and maintenance
- Pre-filter: catches larger debris before it reaches the main media.
- Manual priming pump: helps fill the filter before starting.
- Quick-connect valve: allows the hoses to be disconnected without draining them.
- Swivel connections: 360° hose connections make positioning easier.
Operating conditions and contents
The pump has a ceramic shaft and a maximum lift height of 2.5 m. The operating temperature range is 4–35 °C, and the protection rating is IPX4. Rubber vibration-dampening elements help reduce operating noise; the specified noise level is 50–70 dB(A).
The set includes 1 external filter, connection hoses and a multifunctional valve with a quick-connect fitting. Power supply: 220–240 V, 50 Hz.
