BIGSTREN industrial dehumidifier, 50 l/24 h, 650 W

The BIGSTREN industrial compressor dehumidifier removes excess moisture from indoor air. It extracts up to 50 l/24 h at 30 °C and 80% RH, collecting water in a 7 l tank or draining it continuously through the included 50 cm hose.

Controls and operating functions

• Humidity control: set a target between 10–95% RH or use AUTO continuous dehumidification mode.
• Scheduling: a 1–24 h timer and settings memory allow operation to resume after power is restored.
• Internal drying: IN-DRY / INSIDE DRY dries the inside of the appliance after switching off.
• Defrosting and filtration: automatic defrosting has a DEFROST indicator, while the removable air filter can be cleaned.

Airflow is 680 m³/h and the operating temperature range is 5–35 °C. Compressor technology requires no replacement moisture-absorbing inserts. Check the tank, drain hose, air openings and operating conditions periodically during use. In dusty environments, take measures to limit dust entering the appliance.

Installation and safety

Connect only to an earthed socket, without an extension lead or plug adapter. Switch off with POWER before unplugging. Do not use with a damaged cable or plug, or after a fall. Protect from rain, splashes and flooding; do not handle with wet hands or immerse in water.

R290 refrigerant is highly flammable. Ventilate the room and keep air openings clear. Do not use or store in unventilated rooms smaller than 15 m². Keep away from fire, continuously operating ignition sources, flammable materials and explosion-risk areas. Do not use where paint, solvent, fuel or other flammable vapours are present, and do not smoke nearby.

Do not puncture, heat, open or damage the refrigerant circuit or release refrigerant into the atmosphere. Refrigerant work must be performed by qualified service personnel in accordance with national regulations. Lack of smell does not rule out a leak. R290 is heavier than air and may collect in low areas; contact with flames or heating elements can produce harmful gas and cause fire. If a leak is suspected, do not operate electrical switches, plugs or spark-producing equipment. Evacuate everyone, open doors or windows for ventilation and contact service personnel or the appropriate emergency services. Do not re-enter until a qualified technician confirms it is safe.

Keep fingers and objects out of the air outlet. Do not touch the inlet, aluminium fins or evaporator: sharp parts can cause cuts. Do not sit, stand or place objects on the appliance. Do not let children play with it; keep small assembly parts out of reach and check all fasteners after assembly. Do not direct airflow at people, animals or plants for long periods. Tank water is not for drinking or food use.

Unplug before cleaning, servicing or long periods of non-use; never pull the cable. Do not use water jets, water above 40 °C, corrosive cleaners or defrosting aids not recommended by the manufacturer. If unusual smells, smoke, overheating, abnormal sounds or unstable operation occur, switch off, disconnect the power and contact service personnel.
