The 4FIZJO AB Wheel PRO is an ab roller for supported exercises at home or in the gym. This black and yellow model combines non-slip handles with a rubberised tread to help maintain grip in the hands and against the floor.
It is designed to train the abdominal and deep core muscles. Exercises also engage the back, shoulders and legs. The wheel runs on a steel axle, while the handles have a foam covering that absorbs moisture from the palms.
