It is ideal for both abdominal and upper body modeling and fascial massage.
It consists of a large solid ball with a diameter of 15 cm and an elongated massager with 5 hard rolling balls that apply intense pressure to the muscle, relieving tension.
The ball is made of EVA hard material - hardness 3 on a scale of 1 to 3.
The ball and massager are matched in such a way that they can be conveniently folded together, so that we can get the exercise wheel quickly and easily.
The product has a strong structure and has foam non-slip handles. Recommended for anyone who wants to monitor their physical condition at home or in the gym.
