Clear Dual-Channel Recording with Sony STARVIS 2
Sony STARVIS 2 technology enhances low-light performance, NIR sensitivity, and dynamic range by up to 2.5 times compared to standard solutions. This optimizes the balance between bright and dark areas of the image, helping to preserve essential road details during night driving or in heavy rain. In addition, the built-in G-Sensor automatically protects critical collision footage from being overwritten by loop recording.
Voice Commands and High-Speed Wi-Fi 6
Voice control allows drivers to operate essential features—such as turning on the screen, enabling Wi-Fi, capturing photos, or locking clips—without taking their eyes off the road. Fast file transfers are enabled by the 5.8 GHz Wi-Fi 6 module, achieving download speeds of up to 13 MB/s via the REDTIGER Cam app. The mobile app also supports live viewing, GPS route tracking, and over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates.
Supercapacitor Design and 24/7 Parking Modes
A compact housing with 240° rotation mounts discreetly behind the rearview mirror. Powered by a supercapacitor rather than a traditional battery, the unit operates reliably in temperatures ranging from approximately -20°C to 85°C. With the separately sold Hardwire Kit, the camera also supports round-the-clock parking protection through Collision Lock and Time-Lapse modes.
