The 4FIZJO PRO+ rubber cupping set is designed for vacuum massage at home. Four cup sizes let you select a size for different areas of the body.
Sizes and use
The set contains 6.5 cm, 5.2 cm, 4.0 cm and 2.5 cm cups. The largest cups suit the thighs and buttocks, medium cups the décolletage and upper arms, and the smallest cups the face.
- Flexible rubber: the cups are soft, lightweight and shatterproof.
- No pump or flame: squeezing the cup creates suction that draws skin into it, with control over the suction level.
- Cleaning: the cups are easy to clean.
To use, apply massage oil to the skin, position a suitably sized cup and squeeze it gently. The source specifies massage sessions of 15–30 minutes, every 2–3 days for 5 or 6 weeks.
Restrictions and warnings
Massage may be painful and can cause skin soreness and swelling. Do not use on children under 12, during pregnancy or menstruation, or in cases of cancer, certain skin conditions, blood-clotting disorders, varicose veins, infectious diseases, autoimmune conditions or broken skin.
