Functions and equipment

Use restrictions and safety
For indoor household use only; do not use outdoors, in vehicles, on boats or in damp rooms. Connect only to a 220–240 V socket with the cord fully unwound. An RCD rated at no more than 30 mA is recommended. Never leave the appliance unattended while connected. Unplug before filling, cleaning, removing accessories and after use.
Use clean tap water without additives, do not exceed MAX and never operate without water. Hot steam and the head can cause burns: do not touch the head or steam openings, or direct steam at people, animals or metal clothing parts. Test on a hidden area of fabric first; use the brush on delicate fabrics. Use only the original supplied accessories.
Use on a stable, flat surface, at least 20 cm from walls, curtains and flammable materials, away from heat sources. Do not immerse in water or use if damaged; contact an authorised service centre for repairs. Children over 8 and people with reduced physical or mental abilities may use it only with supervision and training. Children must not play with it or clean it unsupervised. Read the manual before use and allow the appliance to cool before storage.
