Weight distribution and training
The vest has 36 pockets with weight bags to distribute the load evenly. The bags weigh 400 g and 600 g. It can be used for press-ups, pull-ups and weightlifting, as well as functional, cardio and interval training.
Adjustable fit
A double fastening system and side hook-and-loop fasteners let you adjust the fit around your chest. The maximum chest circumference is 100 cm, and the vest measures 45 × 55 cm when laid flat. Made from neoprene and nylon, it is designed to allow freedom of movement.
