This lower single shower door roller has a 23 mm wheel to support smooth door movement and help retain the door in its track. Its release mechanism allows the glass to be disengaged from the track for cleaning without removing the roller assembly.
Fit and maintenance
The roller suits square and quadrant shower enclosures using this type of ball-bearing roller. Its pivoting design follows the shape of the track. The recommended glass thickness is 4–6 mm, hole width 11–12 mm and distance from the glass edge to the hole centre 18 mm. Compare these dimensions and the mounting design before choosing.
The wheel can be replaced separately without removing the complete roller assembly. The set contains one releasable lower single roller and a cover cap.
Safe use
Use only as intended and check that the roller is securely fitted before using the enclosure. Open and close the door gently: sudden pulling can damage the mechanism or cause it to leave the track. Inspect regularly and immediately replace deformed, cracked or rusty wheels. Do not allow children to play with the doors or their mechanism. Store in a dry, clean place before installation.
