4FIZJO sensory balance pods are designed for foot rehabilitation, coordination and balance exercises, as well as massage. This set contains 2 yellow PVC half-balls, each 16 cm in diameter, with soft spikes for tactile stimulation.
Two exercise positions
- Flat side down: use the textured surface for massage, sensory integration and coordination exercises.
- Rounded side down: stand on the flat surface for balance and deep muscle exercises, including squats.
The pods can be used standing, sitting or lying down at home, in the gym or during corrective exercise sessions. They also support exercises with children, posture exercises and foot exercises during seated work. Intended applications include foot rehabilitation after injuries, exercises for flat feet or heel spurs, and massage for tension in the back, neck and shoulder muscles.
Contraindications
Do not use if exercise causes pain, during acute conditions, shortly after a joint dislocation or bone fracture, or in cases of joint or periosteal inflammation, swelling or dizziness.
