The Metabo AluminiumCutProf circular saw blade is designed for cutting aluminium with semi-stationary circular saws. This variant has a 254 mm diameter, a 30 mm bore and 72 carbide teeth.

Controlled cuts in aluminium profiles

FZ/TZ tooth geometry and a negative 5° rake angle support clean, uniform cuts in aluminium profiles. Precision-ground cutting edges contribute to clean cutting and a long service life. The cutting width is 2.4 mm, while the blade body is 2.0 mm thick.

Smoother, quieter running

Laser-cut expansion slots reduce vibration during sawing. The steel blade body supports cutting accuracy, while reduced running noise makes operation quieter. Pin holes are provided for compatible machines.
