The Metabo GVB 18 LTX BL 11-28 is a cordless straight grinder for deburring, milling, grinding and cutting in hard-to-reach places. Its slim body and long grinding spindle help reach the work area, while speed can be adjusted from 8000 to 28000 rpm to suit the material.
Control and drive
- Tool changes: a spindle lock enables quick accessory changes; the collet bore is 6 mm.
- Brushless motor: an efficient, maintenance-free drive delivers power equivalent to an 1100 W mains tool.
- Handling: a narrow grip area and a battery pack that rotates in 90° steps allow adjustment to the working position.
Protection and battery system
The run-out brake stops the accessory in less than a second. Electronic functions include overload protection, soft start and restart protection. A rubber protective cap and dust filter complement the tool; the filter protects the motor against coarse particles. There is no integrated dust extraction.
The grinder is compatible with all 18 V battery packs and chargers from CAS brands. Battery and charger are not included. MetaBOX provides for transport and storage.
