The metal knob on top, engraved with the lion emblem, adjusts the grind from fine to coarse. The Peugeot mechanism grinds dry salt crystals evenly, while manual operation lets you control the amount added. It accommodates salt crystals up to 6 mm.
Clean with a soft cloth. The mill is not dishwasher-safe and must not be immersed in liquids.
