Adjust the grind at the table
The top knob controls the grind size: tighten it for a finer result or loosen it for a coarser grind. The compact height keeps the mills convenient to place on the dining table without taking up much space.
- For pepper: suitable for black, white, green and red pepper, pink peppercorns in blends, and coriander seeds.
- For salt: designed for dry salt crystals with a grain size up to 4 mm.
Material and care
The oiled olive wood has a distinctive grain and a pleasant surface. Clean with a soft cloth. The mills are not suitable for liquids or dishwasher use.
