The Metabo BH 18 LTX BL 16 is a lightweight and compact cordless hammer drill powered by a brushless motor, designed for rotary drilling, hammer drilling, and chiseling. Compatible with the 18 V CAS battery platform, it delivers up to 2.2 J of single impact energy.
Performance and Controls
This 3-function combination hammer easily switches between hammer drilling, drilling without impact, and chiseling. Vario-Tacho-Constamatic (VTC) electronics maintain customized speeds constant under load, while electronic soft start allows precise spot-drilling.
Safety and Ergonomics
The integrated Metabo VibraTech (MVT) system dampens vibrations during prolonged operation. In the event of a jammed drill bit, a mechanical safety clutch decouples the drive to safeguard the user. An integrated LED light illuminates the working area.
