Choose countryThe Makita DHR243RTJ is an 18 V LXT cordless rotary hammer for drilling, hammer drilling and chiselling. Its brushless motor and 2.0 J single impact energy support concrete drilling, while interchangeable chucks allow the use of cylindrical-shank drill bits.
Modes and controls
- Material capacities: maximum drilling diameters are 24 mm in concrete, 27 mm in wood and 13 mm in steel.
- Control options: variable speed, forward and reverse rotation, rotation stop and hammer stop.
- Chiselling: choose from 40 chisel positions.
- Additional features: slip clutch, battery protection system and an integrated dust extraction connection.

The kit includes the rotary hammer, two 18 V 5.0 Ah rechargeable batteries, a quick charger, a quick-change SDS-plus chuck, a quick-change drill chuck and a size 4 MACPAC case.
BL1890 and BL18120 batteries are not compatible and cannot be used with this tool.
