The 4FIZJO ULTRA is a telescopic pull-up bar that pressure-mounts in a doorway for home training. Its black and blue steel construction adjusts from 66 to 100 cm to suit the opening, with a maximum user weight of 150 kg.
Grip and construction
- 3 foam grips: allow different grip widths. The grip section has a diameter of 40 mm.
- Locking collars: a toothed mechanism helps prevent sudden unscrewing; the collars sit flush with the bar.
- Removable ends: make transport and storage easier.
- Transparent hexagonal suction pads: do not leave streaks on the door frame.
The grip foam has reduced moisture absorption. The bar supports both overhand and underhand pull-up exercises.
Installation and checks
Extend both ends evenly to match the opening, then firmly secure the bar by turning its centre section in the opposite direction. Slide the locking collars towards the centre and align their teeth with the holes. Before training, check the fixing by pulling firmly on the bar, then hanging from it with your legs slightly bent.
