4FIZJO ULTRA doorway pull-up bar, 66–100 cm, black and yellow
The 4FIZJO ULTRA is an adjustable pull-up bar that uses a tension mechanism to fit inside a doorway for home training. This black and yellow steel version adjusts from 66 to 100 cm and supports a maximum user weight of 150 kg.
Grip and construction
- 3 foam grips: accommodate different grip widths, with a grip-section diameter of 40 mm.
- Locking collars: sit flush with the bar and have teeth to prevent sudden unscrewing.
- Removable ends: make transport and storage easier.
- Transparent hexagonal suction pads: do not leave streaks on the door frame.
The grip foam has reduced moisture absorption. The bar can be used for both overhand and underhand pull-ups.
Doorway installation
Extend both ends evenly to match the doorway width, then turn the centre section in the opposite direction to tension the bar firmly into place. Slide the locking collars towards the centre, aligning their teeth with the holes. Before training, pull firmly on the bar, then hang from it with your legs slightly bent to check that it is secured.
