How to Install Your Exercise Bar

Safety first! Please follow these installation instructions for your doorway pull-up bar:

1. Slide the safety buckles to the sides.
2. Evenly unscrew both ends of the bar, adjusting its length to the width of the door frame.
3. Grip the middle of the bar and twist it in the opposite direction to how the ends were unscrewed. Do this as tightly as you can to wedge the bar securely in the frame.
4. Slide the safety clamps towards the center of the bar, aligning their teeth with the holes.

Before starting your workout, give the bar a strong tug, then hang from it with your knees slightly bent to test that it is properly secured. Installation successful? You can begin your training!
