4FIZJO FLAT BAND is a blue rehabilitation band with heavy 9–11 kg resistance. The 30 m roll can be cut into shorter lengths to suit exercises in a physiotherapy practice or at home.
Resistance and material
Made from 100% latex, the band is elastic, waterproof and resistant to abrasion and cracking. Its progressive resistance increases as the band is stretched further. It measures 15 cm wide and 0.3 mm thick.
It is intended for rehabilitation, gymnastics and corrective exercises, including muscle-strength and range-of-motion training.
Contraindications
Do not use if pain occurs during exercise, in acute conditions, immediately after a joint dislocation or bone fracture, or in cases of swelling or latex allergy.
