Even heat distribution
The 3-ply stainless steel construction distributes heat evenly, including during longer cooking times. A ceramic non-stick coating helps food release easily and allows cooking with less fat. Evershine technology helps maintain the appearance of the stainless steel finish.
From hob to oven
Use the casserole on ceramic, electric, gas or induction hobs, or in the oven at temperatures up to 220 °C. It is dishwasher-safe, although hand washing is recommended.
