This cast aluminium casserole with a non-stick interior and lid is designed for cooking, stewing and reheating smaller portions. Use it for sauces, soups, rice, vegetables, meat in sauce and one-pot meals.

Non-stick cooking and heat distribution

The coating reduces food sticking to the base and sides, makes cleaning easier and allows cooking with less fat. Thick walls and a thick base distribute heat evenly, while the casserole heats up quickly. Wooden, silicone or plastic utensils are recommended to help preserve the coating.

Hob compatibility and handling

  • Multiple hob types: suitable for induction, gas, electric, ceramic and halogen hobs, as well as oven use.
  • Included lid: helps retain heat and reduces water evaporation during stewing.
  • Two side handles: integrated into the body for lifting with both hands.

The casserole has an external diameter of 21 cm and measures 27.5 cm across the handles. Parts of the cookware can become hot during cooking: use oven gloves or pot holders when moving it while hot.

The package contains the casserole, a lid with a metal handle and the original packaging.
