Choose countryThe Ballarini ALBA 28 x 28 cm grill pan lets you fry with little fat. Its aluminium body has a 3-layer Keravis Ti-X non-stick coating reinforced with titanium.
Coating and heating
The abrasion-resistant coating allows the use of metal utensils. A bimetal aluminium and steel base supports fast heating and makes the pan suitable for all hob types, including induction.
- Handle: the ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle is riveted and stays cool during cooking.
- Oven use: suitable for temperatures up to 250 °C.
- Freezer use: cold-resistant down to -20 °C.
- Cleaning: dishwasher-safe.
The pan comes in black and silver. A lid is not included.
