The 4FIZJO ERGO SMALL is a compact, contoured orthopaedic pillow for side and back sleeping. Its 50 × 30 cm shape with a 10 / 8 cm height supports the head and neck, while the VISCO Memory Foam filling adapts to the body's contours.
Memory foam and a removable cover
The medium-firm foam responds to pressure and temperature, becoming softer as it warms. The contoured shape provides several support points for the head and neck.
The pillow consists of a foam core and a cover made from 30% tencel and 70% polyester. The breathable cover wicks moisture, has a zip fastening and can be removed for machine washing at a low temperature. There is no cooling insert. The pillow has OEKO-TEX® certification and is a medical device.
Contraindications
Do not use for children under 3 years of age or in the following circumstances:
- A disability that prevents easy changes of position in bed.
- An allergy to any of the pillow's materials.
- Recent cervical spine surgery.
- An unstable spinal hernia.
- Oncological diseases.
