Choose countryThe Berdsen Icemax is a dark grey 29 l electric cool box with cooling and heating functions. It runs from a 12 V car socket or a 220–240 V mains supply, with both power cables included.
Temperature control
The electronic panel includes a display, ON/OFF and ECO buttons, temperature increase and decrease buttons, and indicator lights. The unit cools to 18 °C below ambient temperature and heats up to 65 °C. Its achievable cooling temperature therefore depends on the surroundings.
- ECO and Normal: ECO reduces power consumption once the set temperature is reached. The unit returns to Normal when the temperature rises.
- Insulation and circulation: double housing walls, an insulated lid and a built-in fan help retain temperature and cool the contents evenly.
- Organisation: a PVC divider grid separates items inside the compartment.
- USB port: allows you to charge a phone.
Carrying and access
The folding handle locks the lid when upright in the carrying position. It can also support the open lid while you load or remove items. After restarting the car engine, you may need to press ON/OFF again.
