Moisture retention and soil coverage
The black material blocks light from reaching the soil to restrict weed growth. It reduces moisture evaporation while allowing water and air to pass through. The covering also helps stabilise soil temperature and keeps fruit out of direct contact with the ground.
Adaptable to beds and landscaping
- Uses: strawberries, vegetables and ornamental shrubs, or as an underlay beneath bark, stone or gravel.
- Fitting: the fabric can be cut to match the shape of the bed.
- Durability: the polypropylene resists UV exposure, weather, tearing and abrasion, and is suitable for multiple seasons.
The pack contains 30 m of weed control fabric in its original packaging.
