Choose countryThe Makita DRT50ZJX2 is an 18 V LXT cordless multifunction router with a brushless motor. Supplied trimming, plunge-routing and angle-routing modules let you configure the tool for different routing applications.
Control and work-area lighting
A speed adjustment wheel sets the no-load speed between 10 000 and 30 000 min⁻¹. Soft start provides a gradual start-up, while dual LEDs illuminate the work area. The tool has a rugged aluminium housing and a battery protection system.
- Cutter fitting: 6 and 8 mm collets are included.
- Cutting capacity: 0–35 mm, with a lifting height of 0–40 mm.
- Guidance: the included rip fence helps guide the tool along an edge.
- Dust extraction: optional external extraction can be connected; 2 different extraction nozzles are included.
Equipment and power
The package also includes an auxiliary handle, 10 and 16 mm copy sleeves, a mounting key and a carrying case. The router uses a Makita LXT 18 V battery. Battery and charger are not included.
