The 4FIZJO ERGO SMALL+ is a contoured orthopaedic pillow for side and back sleeping. VISCO memory foam adapts to the shape of the head and neck, while a gel layer provides a cooling sensation.
Shape and support
The pillow measures 50 × 30 cm with a profile height of 10 / 8 cm. Its medium-firm foam responds to pressure and temperature, becoming softer as it warms and adapting to body contours to support the head and neck.

Contraindications
Contraindications include age under 3 years, a disability that prevents independent repositioning in bed, allergy to any pillow material, recent cervical spine surgery, an unstable herniated disc and cancer.
