The Malatec key safe stores a key in a shared location, allowing household members to use an access code rather than needing individual copies. This black and grey key lock box is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
The mechanical combination lock has a 4-digit code that can be set and changed later. Its internal dimensions are 10 × 7 × 2.5 cm, so compare these with the keys you intend to store.
Installation and warnings
The safe mounts to a wall. Installation requires a drill with a drill bit and a Phillips screwdriver. A mounting kit with wall plugs is included.
Install the safe in a discreet location out of sight of unauthorised people. If the code is lost, opening the safe without damaging it may be impossible. Do not use it if parts are missing or it is damaged.
