Choose countryThe Rojeco RYSJFX-2k is a 2.2 L water fountain for cats and small or medium dogs. Its built-in rechargeable battery allows placement without a permanent socket connection, while the flowing water mimics a natural water source to encourage cats to drink.
Three water delivery modes
- Sensor mode: starts the water flow when a pet approaches, with detection up to 2 m at an angle of 150°.
- Time mode: runs the water for 15 seconds every 10 minutes. A full charge provides up to 30 days of operation in this mode.
- Continuous mode: provides an uninterrupted flow and requires a constant power connection.
Filtration and everyday use
The three-layer filtration system uses a sponge filter to catch hair and larger particles, activated carbon to remove impurities and heavy metals, and an additional sponge layer to trap fine impurities. Operating noise is below 25 dB.
The semi-transparent tank lets you monitor the water level, and blue lighting helps you locate the fountain after dark. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth; the other parts can be washed under running water. Charging through the USB-C port takes 5–6 hours.
