Purlov dog grooming scissors set with case
The Purlov scissors set is designed for dog grooming at home and in professional settings. It includes straight, curved and thinning scissors, allowing you to choose a tool to suit the area being trimmed and the type of coat work.
Three types of scissors
- Straight scissors: for cutting the coat.
- Thinning scissors: for thinning and blending.
- Curved scissors: for work around sensitive areas.
Handling and storage
The stainless steel scissors have rounded blade tips and ergonomic handles with a non-slip coating. A silicone buffer cushions closing, while an extended thumb rest provides finger support. The closable case also holds a metal comb, 2 clips, a cleaning cloth and a snowflake-shaped wrench.
Use with care
Use the scissors only for trimming animals. Check their condition and ensure the blades are clean and sharp before use. Work slowly and gently, especially around the eyes and ears; rounded tips do not remove the need for care. Stop if the animal becomes unsettled and resume when it is calm. Clean the scissors after use and put them away in the closed case. Store out of reach of children and animals.
