The 4FIZJO PEANUT AIR BALL is an inflatable peanut-shaped exercise ball for fitness, rehabilitation exercises and corrective gymnastics. It measures 45 cm in diameter and 90 cm in length. Its elongated shape allows forward and backward movement, providing greater stability during exercises.

The red PVC ball features an anti-burst system that allows air to escape slowly if the ball is damaged. A pump with a pull & push system is included. Preparation before first use involves staged inflation, with a 24-hour waiting period after the initial inflation.

How do I prepare the ball for first use?
After unpacking, leave the ball at room temperature for approximately 2 hours. Inflate it to 80% of its volume and leave it for 24 hours to allow the material to stretch. Then inflate to 100% of its volume, keeping within the maximum diameter of 45 cm, and close the opening securely with the white plug.
