4FIZJO PEANUT AIR BALL exercise ball 45 × 90 cm, black
The 4FIZJO PEANUT AIR BALL is an inflatable peanut-shaped exercise ball for fitness, corrective gymnastics and rehabilitation sessions. This black version measures 45 cm in diameter and 90 cm in length.
Shape and exercise options
The elongated shape allows forward and backward movement, providing a more stable support during exercise. It can be used at home, in gyms and in physiotherapy practices for activities such as back and abdominal exercises and mobility training.
The ball is made from PVC and features an anti-burst system that allows air to escape slowly rather than suddenly if the ball is damaged.
Inflating before first use
A pump with a pull & push system is included. After unpacking, leave the ball at room temperature for approximately 2 hours. Inflate it to 80% of its volume and leave it for 24 hours so the material can stretch. Then inflate it to its full volume and specified diameter, and seal the opening firmly with the white plug. Remove the plug to release the air.
