4FIZJO PEANUT AIR BALL exercise ball, 45 cm, pink
The 4FIZJO PEANUT AIR BALL is an inflatable, peanut-shaped exercise ball for fitness, rehabilitation and corrective exercise. This pink version measures 45 cm in diameter and 90 cm in length.
Shape and exercise options
The elongated shape guides movement forwards and backwards, providing a more stable support during exercises. It can be used for back and abdominal muscle exercises, mobility work and general conditioning at home, in the gym or during physiotherapy sessions.
Material and inflation
Made from PVC, the ball features an anti-burst system that allows air to escape gradually if it is damaged. A pump with a pull & push system is included. Allow time for the material to stretch before first use: initially inflate the ball to 80% of its volume and leave it for 24 hours before inflating it fully.

How should the ball be prepared for first use?
After unpacking, leave the ball at room temperature for approximately 2 hours. Inflate it to 80% of its volume and leave it for 24 hours to allow the material to stretch. Then inflate it fully, observing the 45 cm diameter, and securely close the opening with the white plug.
What does the anti-burst system do?
If the ball is damaged, the anti-burst system allows air to escape gradually.
