Choose countryThe Holzmann MBM450LRE is a magnetic drilling machine for drilling and threading steel workpieces. It enables mobile machining with guided tool movement on large, unwieldy parts that are difficult to bring to a conventional drill.
Drilling and threading
The 1650 W motor runs from a 230 V mains supply. Adjustable speed and left/right rotation allow the machine to be set for drilling and thread cutting.
- Core drilling: up to 45 mm diameter and 35 mm drilling depth.
- Twist drilling: up to 19 mm diameter and 110 mm drilling depth.
- Thread cutting: maximum thread size M18.
- Magnetic base: an electromagnet secures the machine to a steel workpiece; vertical drilling is also supported.
Included equipment
The package includes an MK2 B16 mandrel, a 1.5–13 mm keyed drill chuck (B16), a drift wedge, a tensioning belt, a coolant device, a transport box and an MK2 arbor for core drilling.
