Adjustable length and grip
The poles extend to a maximum length of 145 cm and measure 65 cm when collapsed. To adjust them, open the clamp, set the required length and close the clamp. A clear scale helps you repeat your preferred setting. Cork grips and adjustable glove-style wrist straps help you control the poles while walking.
