The Malatec guitar wall hanger stores your instrument on the wall to save floor space. Its support spacing adjusts to suit the instrument neck, up to 4.5 cm, with a maximum load of 10 kg.
Instrument fit and construction
It fits most acoustic, classical, electric and bass guitars, as well as mandolins, violins, banjos or ukuleles. Soft, flexible foam covers the metal supports to cushion contact with the instrument. A plastic plate sits against the wall to stabilise the hanger.
Mounting and contents
The set includes the hanger, 4 screws and plastic wall plugs. Mount only on a stable, load-bearing surface, avoiding crumbling, damp or damaged walls. Select fixings suitable for the wall type; for plasterboard, use dedicated anchors or fasten to a framing profile.
Safe use
- Load: do not exceed 10 kg. Hang only instruments with a neck; do not use the hanger as a step or ladder.
- Checks: before first use and periodically, check screw tightness, wall plug seating and overall stability. Stop using it immediately if damaged and repair or replace it.
- Position: protect the hanger and instrument from high temperatures and excessive humidity. Leave sufficient space around the mounting point to reduce the risk of accidentally catching or knocking down the instrument.
