The 4FIZJO CARE+ is a medium-firm massage roller with small raised bumps for self-massage and relaxing tense muscles and fascia. This purple version measures 60 cm in length and 15 cm in diameter.
Massage and exercise
The roller can be used to massage muscles in the legs, thighs, calves, sides of the torso and back, as well as for rehabilitation exercises, corrective gymnastics and general exercise. The small surface bumps provide a relaxing massage.
The EVA foam construction is lightweight and resistant to deformation. The material is odourless, and the waterproof roller can be washed and is easy to clean and disinfect.
Restrictions on use
Do not use on open wounds, areas with bleeding into tissues or broken tissue integrity. Do not massage bones, bony prominences or joints. Contraindications also include skin changes caused by fungal or infectious diseases, rashes, and sensitive or delicate skin, for example in people with diabetes or circulation problems. Medical approval is required in cases of cancer. Stop use if excessive discomfort, dizziness, a drop in blood pressure or other abnormal reactions occur.
