4FIZJO CARE+ textured massage roller, 45 cm, blue
The 4FIZJO CARE+ is a medium-firm massage roller with small raised bumps for self-massage and releasing tension in muscles and fascia. This blue version measures 45 cm long and 15 cm in diameter.
Self-massage and exercise
The roller can be used in rehabilitation, corrective gymnastics and general exercise. It supports massage of different muscle groups, including the calves, buttocks, shoulders and arms. Self-massage involves moving slowly over the roller along tense muscles; it can also be used for static pressure on a tension point.
Material and care
The lightweight EVA foam is odourless and resists deformation. The roller is water-resistant and easy to wash and disinfect.
Restrictions on use
Do not use on open wounds, areas of bleeding into tissues or areas with broken tissue integrity. Do not self-massage bony prominences, joints or bones. Contraindications also include skin changes caused by fungal or infectious diseases, rashes, and sensitive or fragile skin, for example in people with diabetes or circulatory problems. Medical approval is required in cases of cancer. Stop use if you experience excessive discomfort, dizziness, a drop in blood pressure or other abnormal reactions.
