The 4FIZJO 12 cm massage ball is designed for targeted self-massage and releasing tension in muscles and fascia. This black and blue EPP foam version is very firm, allowing concentrated pressure on a selected area.
Targeted pressure and rolling
Use it to massage muscles in the back and neck, chest area, shoulders, around the shoulder blades, thighs and buttocks. It supports both static pressure on a selected point and slow rolling along tense muscles. It can also complement home exercises as part of physiotherapy.
The EPP foam resists deformation. The ball is easy to clean and disinfect and can be wiped with a damp cloth after use.
Restrictions on use
Do not use on open wounds, areas of bleeding into tissues, broken tissue, or skin affected by fungal infections, infectious skin conditions or rashes. Do not massage bony points, joints or bones. Sensitive, delicate skin, such as in people with diabetes or circulation problems, is also a contraindication. Medical approval is required in cases of cancer. Stop using the ball if significant discomfort, dizziness, a drop in blood pressure or other abnormal reactions occur.
