4FIZJO EPP double massage ball 8 cm, black and gold
The 4FIZJO double massage ball is designed for targeted massage and self-massage of muscles and fascia. Two connected EPP foam spheres, each 8 cm in diameter, form a 16 cm long massage tool. Its very firm surface provides focused pressure on the selected area.
Massage areas and methods
Use it for the back, neck, lumbar region, chest area, upper thighs and sides of the body, including muscles alongside the spine and around the shoulder blades. It supports both static pressure on a selected point and slow rolling along tense muscles. Do not massage directly over bones or joints.
The EPP foam resists deformation. The ball is easy to clean and disinfect and can be wiped with a damp cloth after use.
Contraindications
- Do not use on open wounds, areas of bleeding into tissue or areas with damaged tissue integrity.
- Do not self-massage bony prominences, joints or bones.
- Stop use if significant discomfort, dizziness, a drop in blood pressure or other abnormal reactions occur.
- Do not use on skin affected by fungal or infectious conditions or rashes, or on sensitive, delicate skin, for example in people with diabetes or circulation problems.
- In cases of cancer, use only with a doctor's approval.
