The 4FIZJO double massage ball is designed for targeted self-massage and releasing tense muscles and fascia. Two connected 8 cm spheres form a very firm, 16 cm long massage tool made from EPP foam.
Targeted pressure and rolling
Use it to massage the back, neck, lumbar area, chest, upper thighs and sides of the body, including areas alongside the spine and around the shoulder blades. It supports static pressure on a selected muscle point or slow rolling along a tense muscle. It can complement physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises at home.
The EPP foam resists deformation and is easy to clean and disinfect. The surface can be wiped with a damp cloth.
Contraindications
Do not use on open wounds, areas of bleeding into tissue or broken tissue, or directly on bony prominences, joints or bones. Other contraindications include skin lesions caused by fungal or infectious diseases, rashes, and sensitive or delicate skin, for example in people with diabetes or circulation problems. Medical approval is required for use in cases of cancer. Stop use if excessive discomfort, dizziness, a drop in blood pressure or other unusual symptoms occur.

Is this a soft massage ball?
No. This EPP ball is very firm and designed to apply focused pressure to selected muscle areas.
Can it be used directly on bones and joints?
No. Self-massage of bony prominences, joints and bones is listed as a contraindication. Massaging alongside the spine does not mean applying pressure directly to bones.
