4FIZJO EPP double massage ball 12 cm, black and blue
The 4FIZJO double massage ball is designed for self-massage of tense muscles and fascia. It consists of 2 joined spheres, each 12 cm in diameter. Its very firm EPP foam structure provides focused pressure on the selected area.
Massage areas and methods
Use it for the back, areas alongside the spine, lower back, upper thighs, sides of the body, shoulders and shoulder blade area. It supports both static pressure on a selected point and slow rolling along tense muscles. It can also complement physiotherapy by supporting rehabilitation exercises at home.
Material and care
The 25 cm long ball is made from deformation-resistant EPP foam. It is easy to clean and disinfect; the surface can be wiped with a damp cloth after use.
