The EPP foam ball can be used on back muscles, areas alongside the spine, the lumbar region, upper thighs, sides of the body and shoulder area. Its very firm surface provides focused pressure. It can complement physiotherapy sessions and independent rehabilitation exercises at home. The material resists deformation and is easy to clean and disinfect.
Restrictions on use
Do not use on open wounds, areas of bleeding into tissue or any area where tissue integrity is compromised. Do not massage bony prominences, joints or bones. Contraindications also include skin changes caused by fungal or infectious diseases, rashes, and sensitive or delicate skin, for example in people with diabetes or circulatory problems. Medical approval is required in cases of cancer. Stop use if you experience excessive discomfort, dizziness, a drop in blood pressure or other unusual reactions.

How is the ball used for self-massage?
For static point massage, position the ball on the selected muscle and gradually increase pressure. Alternatively, move it slowly along a tense muscle. Do not massage bones or joints, and observe the restrictions listed in the description.
