The 4FIZJO rehabilitation half bolster supports different parts of the body during massage, corrective exercise and rehabilitation. This beige, medium-firm model measures 60 × 15 × 10 cm and can be used by practitioners or for continuing therapy at home.
Positioning and uses
Place the half bolster under the shoulders, lower back or knees, or use it to support the head, arms, back, buttocks or feet. It helps position the body for a treatment or exercise.
- Therapy: manual therapy, physical therapy treatments and kinesiotherapy.
- Exercise: posture correction, rehabilitation and general conditioning exercises.

Foam filling and removable cover
