4FIZJO Standard MED C6 lymphatic drainage device with universal-size trousers
The 4FIZJO Standard MED C6 is a lymphatic drainage device for pneumatic compression massage, supplied with universal-size 6-chamber trousers. It offers 6 programmes, adjustable session duration and pressure from 30–250 mmHg.
Programmes and controls
Change settings using the touch panel or remote control. Individual chambers can be disabled to skip areas that should not be massaged. If pressure becomes excessive, press ON/OFF to switch the device off.
- A: initial compression massage.
- B: sequential chamber inflation from the feet towards the groin.
- C: 2 chambers inflate simultaneously towards the lymph nodes.
- D: all chambers inflate simultaneously for strong compression.
- E: alternates programmes B and C.
- F: combines programmes A, C and D.
Fit and preparation
The trousers measure 50 cm across the waist and 110 cm in length. Separately available extenders increase circumference by 10 cm at the thighs, 7 cm at the knees and 5 cm at the calves. The device must remain connected to mains power during massage.
Read the manual before first use and remove the transport screw underneath the device. Connect the air tubes in the correct order, starting with the longest tube at the groin. A session must not exceed 40 minutes; consult a doctor or physiotherapist about session duration and frequency.
Contraindications
Do not use with decompensated heart failure, heart disorders with fluid retention in the lower limbs, inflammation in the treatment area, diagnosed or suspected lower-limb venous thrombosis, phlebitis, arterial disease, gangrene, dermatitis, atherosclerosis or venous circulatory disorders. Other contraindications are open, untreated or infected wounds and skin injuries, acute inflammation, pulmonary oedema, extensive thrombophlebitis, rubella, severe uncontrolled hypertension, neuropathy, a pacemaker and implants at the application site, glaucoma, epilepsy and cancer. Consult a doctor before use if you have any doubts.

Can it be used without a mains connection?
